We had never been to Evolve, and were looking for a comfortable and cosy place to have a nice warm drink. We loved it. Still do. Evolve has such a wonderful atmosphere, from the soft armchairs you can pull up to the fire, to the quiet mezzanine dining area. The decor invited us to snuggle in and never leave. And Steamers! I was so happy to buy and savour a sweet steamed milk! We will return, many many times. thanks for a great experience. My friend and I dropped in at Evolve to celebrate an accomplishment of mine. I love the ambiance, the food and the friendly staff. There's no better place for a good lunch and good conversation topped off with a nice dessert. I'm addicted. :) I highly recommend a visit. The Creole Beef on a Chiabata was absolutely delightful, spicey with out being too hot, lots of beef, lots of greens and a crisp pickle on the side. The service was with a big smile, a freindly welcoming atmosphere and the prices are more than resonable. Oh, by the way look out Timmies the cofee's are the best!!!! All in all 5 stars... The people are friendly, and always have a Smile on there face. The Food was good. I Ordered a Chicken B.L.T. the Wrap was really Fresh. the Bacon was good. the only Thing that I didn't like about the Sandwitch it had too Much Mayo on it. all the Mayo Dripped off the Sandwitch and made it soggy. The Lettus wasn't very fresh and tasted a little like it wasn't washed. it had a chemical taste to it.
